“If there are vacancies, then why is there no recruitment?

Why announce exams if you don’t plan to conduct them?

Our youth deserve dignity, not delays.”

— R. R. Pandayan Saheb

Across Maharashtra and the country, lakhs of educated but unemployed youth are caught in a cycle of empty promises, fake exam schedules, and political silence.

Every year, thousands of vacancies are announced — in MPSC, SSC, Railway, Police, Zilla Parishads, and other government departments.

But where is the recruitment?

What starts with hope and preparation ends in frustration.

Exam forms are filled. Fees are paid. Dates are announced. Then — delay. Then silence.

R. R. Pandayan Saheb has boldly raised this issue and declared that enough is enough.

❗ “Jobs Must Be Real, Not Just Released on Paper”

Despite advertisements for thousands of government posts, very few actually result in completed recruitment.

Some exams are postponed again and again.

Some are cancelled after being conducted, due to technical errors or legal excuses.

Others are stuck due to court cases, leaving candidates hanging for 2–3 years.

“Our youth are not fools. They see the game. Announce jobs before elections, then disappear after.

We won’t allow this anymore.”

— R. R. Pandayan Saheb

🧭 Saheb’s Demands to the Government:

R. R. Pandayan Saheb is calling for immediate action from the government:

  1. Declare a fixed recruitment calendar for all departments
  2. Stop cancelling exams after students invest their time, money, and mental health
  3. Ensure no postponement without accountability — officials must explain delays
  4. Give jobless youth a timeline — not vague announcements
  5. Provide compensation or age relaxation to students who suffer due to repeated delays
  6. Launch a Rozgar Tracker Portal to show real-time progress on recruitment status

🔥 Saheb’s Vision for Youth Employment

For R. R. Pandayan Saheb, youth are not just voters — they are the foundation of the country.

He believes that:

  • strong India can only be built if young people are employed, skilled, and respected.
  • The government must invest in speedy recruitment, skill-building programs, and entrepreneurship support.
  • Youth should not be running after jobs in their 30s — they should be building their lives in their 20s.

“This country cannot run on slogans. It must run on systems.

And the first system is—respect the time and future of the youth.”

— R. R. Pandayan Saheb

Every year of delay is not just a gap — it’s a lost dream.

R. R. Pandayan Saheb is standing firmly with India’s youth — not just to demand justice but to expose the broken promises of the system.

He is not asking for favors.

He is demanding justice.

“Jobs delayed are justice denied.

We will not stop till every exam is held, every post is filled, and every youth gets a chance.”
