“If businessmen start dying, who will build the nation?”

— R. R. Pandayan Saheb

In a country that calls itself a fast-growing economy, it is a tragedy that those who drive that economy — our small businessmen, builders, and entrepreneurs — are being pushed into depression, helplessness, and in some horrifying cases, even suicide.

R. R. Pandayan Saheb, the National President of Bhim Sena, has sounded the alarm over a dangerous and growing crisis — the systematic harassment of entrepreneurs by corrupt local officials, bureaucratic red tape, and a lack of government accountability.

The recent case of Suraj Parmar, a builder who died by suicide in 2015 after naming local officials and politicians in his suicide note, has once again come to light after years of silence. The courts have finally acknowledged the injustice. But why did justice take four years? Why did it take a life?

đŸ’Œ Entrepreneurs Are Not Criminals. They Deserve Respect.

Whether it's Suraj Parmar in Thane or Cafe Coffee Day founder V. G. Siddhartha, these cases reflect a disturbing pattern. When builders, tax-paying businessmen, or factory owners approach the system for basic approvals, they are stonewalled, threatened, and squeezed for bribes.

“There is no dignity left for honest entrepreneurs. Either you pay or you perish,”

said R. R. Pandayan Saheb, in a candid press statement.

🛑 When Red Tape Becomes a Noose

Instead of being helped to set up businesses and create jobs, small entrepreneurs are hounded by local corporations, municipal offices, and tax authorities.

Delays in files, denial of permissions, and daily harassment rob people of their peace, their investment — and eventually their lives. delays of

“When the system punishes those who create jobs, it kills the soul of the nation,”

declared R. R. Pandayan Saheb in a press conference.

🔧 Pandayan Saheb’s Solution: Unity, Rights, and Systemic Change

To tackle this crisis, R. R. Pandayan Saheb has launched the ‘Indian Taxpayer and Businessmen’s Rights Union’, a collective platform for small entrepreneurs, builders, shop owners, and self-employed youth to:

✅ Speak up about administrative harassment

✅ Get legal aid and counseling

✅ Demand one-window clearance for approvals

✅ Build pressure for systemic reforms

✅ Create a dialogue between government and honest business voices

📱 An Appeal to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra

R. R. Pandayan Saheb has made a direct and bold appeal to the Chief Minister:

  • Set up a state-level grievance redressal and business counseling team
  • Make licensing and permissions a one-window process
  • Punish corrupt officials who exploit small entrepreneurs
  • Create a transparent and supportive environment where “Make in Maharashtra” doesn’t mean “Suffer in Maharashtra”

“We are not begging. We are builders of Bharat.

We demand dignity, justice, and the right to grow without fear.”

— R. R. Pandayan Saheb

đŸ§± Maharashtra: From Economic Capital to Ethical Capital

If Maharashtra wants to retain its title as the economic powerhouse of India, it must protect its creators, not criminalize its contributors. Whether it’s a builder in Thane or a trader in Pune, every businessperson deserves to be treated with fairness, not fear.

Through his leadership and mass connect, Pandayan Saheb is uniting voices that were once afraid to speak.

This is not just Protest

It is a movement to protect entrepreneurship, employment, and the economy itself.
